Perhaps the most intriguing free agency destination on this list for Carmelo Anthony is the Suns. Phoenix has been aggressive this offseason as well, making the blockbuster trade to acquire Chris Paul from the Oklahoma City Thunder.

It is clear that the Suns are done missing the playoffs. They are going big and looking to build around Devin Booker to make a run. Anthony isn’t a star anymore, but he is very good friends with Paul and would fit nicely in Phoenix.

Anthony would be able to come in as a starter and play a very valuable role. He would also bring much-needed experience, especially in the playoffs.

Rumors have swirled this offseason that Paul and Anthony could look to team up. This would be a perfect way to make that happen with a team that is primed and ready to break out.
