Minnesota Timberwolves Receive: Cam Reddish, No. 6 Pick

Again, this is not the huge blockbuster trade that one might expect when the No. 1 pick is involved, but it is beneficial to both sides.

The Hawks used the No. 10 pick in the 2019 draft on Reddish. He was a bench player for Atlanta as a rookie. They have some other young players that are above Reddish on the depth chart. Atlanta could look for another guard on the perimeter to pair with Young.

Minnesota should be openly shopping the No. 1 pick in a strange offseason like this one. They might be able to land a deal like this one if it is available.
