Any trade of Devin Booker would have to see his new team surrender a huge amount of picks and/or players. That’s a given. He’s one of the NBA’s rising stars and has achieved highly impressive results during his career.

In this hypothetical deal, the Minnesota Timberwolves part with Jarrett Culver, James Johnson, and four 1st round picks. That’s quite a haul to give up, but again, that’s what it takes to land an ascending talent like Booker.

The crown jewel from the Phoenix Suns’ perspective is the No. 1 pick. But the Suns would also land No. 17 overall via the Nets. The Suns already own the No. 10 pick, so this trade would give them a total of three 1st rounders this year.
