This Bucks-Warriors trade creatively pairs Giannis with Curry, Thompson

The Golden State Warriors figure to be among the teams interested in a trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo if the Milwaukee Bucks actually consider such an option. The thought of a trio consisting of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson with the reigning NBA MVP is intriguing, to say the least.

It would be difficult for the Bucks to trade a player of Antetokounmpo’s caliber, but all things considered, it would be better than seeing him leave as a free agent next year. The decision will be tough to make, but one that will need to be decided soon.

The Warriors will have both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson back next season, and we’ve already seen their ability to recruit a superstar in Durant. The appeal of winning with that level of star power would be the bet that Golden State would make.

If Antetokounmpo actually became available, there would be plenty of competition. The Miami Heat, for example, could put together an offer to compete with the Warriors and others.

Let’s take a look at a creative way the Golden State Warriors could appease the Milwaukee Bucks and acquire Giannis Antetokounmpo.
