Boston Celtics Trade-Up Target No. 4 — Isaac Okoro

Isaac Okoro is a player who could benefit from a bench role in his first season. There are teams where he would be required to contribute immediately and play 30-35 minutes per game. Okoro is a raw prospect and Boston would be an excellent fit, especially with Brad Stevens as head coach.

There is a strong chance that Ainge tries to move Gordon Hayward this offseason. If this happens, Okoro would act as a replacement once he is fully developed. Hayward has dealt with injuries and is on a huge contract.

Okoro has a high IQ and can make a real impact on both ends of the floor. He is a player who would benefit from going to a franchise ready to win. The Celtics have a history of developing players and turning them into stars.

Okoro might fall to the Celtics or he could be taken in the top seven or eight. They will have to see how the draft is going to decide if they want to move up for Okoro.
