Miami Heat Receive: De’Aaron Fox

Sacramento Kings Receive: Kendrick Nunn, Duncan Robinson, 2020 1st Round Pick (No. 20 Pick), 2022 2nd Round Pick (via PHI or DEN)

It won’t be easy for the Miami Heat to formulate a trade package for a star player unless they were to include Tyler Herro in a potential deal. However, there is enough talent on the roster at other spots to offer the Sacramento Kings a competitive trade package.

In this trade package, the Kings would take on just over $2.8 million in salary between Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson. Meanwhile, the Heat would take on $8.1 million in salary by acquiring Fox.

The Heat would need to get a deal done before a potential contract extension were to take place. Otherwise, the poison pill provision would take effect and it would become far more complicated for Miami to get a potential deal done with the Kings.
