Could this be the offseason in which the Orlando Magic are finally willing to part with Aaron Gordon?

If so, the Clippers should put in a call.

Gordon, 25, is an extremely athletic forward who would slot in next to George and Leonard on a nightly basis.

The Clippers have the pieces to pull off a trade, but they don’t have many picks to offer, which could be a deal-breaker for the Magic.

But if Los Angeles has a chance to acquire Gordon, the Clippers should see what Orlando’s asking price would be for him.

Gordon has not developed into a superstar in Orlando, but he could absolutely be serviceable in Los Angeles.
