3. Sacramento Kings Could Use Al Horford or Tobias Harris
In order to comfortably fill out a supporting cast after completing a Buddy Hield trade, the Philadelphia 76ers have to trade away either Al Horford or Tobias Harris. That should provide a starting point for what would be required in a potential deal.
Since Tobias Harris played the best basketball of his career with Glenn Rivers, it makes sense to move Horford instead. It could work out quite well for the 76ers since the Sacramento Kings would benefit from adding a stretch-five like Horford.
The Kings tried to resolve the center position with a stretch-option when they signed Dewayne Dedmon last offseason. That situation played out just about as poorly as possible— leaving Sacramento with a need to find a reliable center option with this skill-set.
The role Horford would fill for the Kings would be far better suited to his strengths. He is in an awkward position alongside Joel Embiid but that would no longer be the case in Sacramento.
