1. New Orleans Pelicans
The Pelicans may a unique talent in Zion Williamson and with his measurements being best suited for the four spot, New Orleans would benefit from pairing him with a center.
It’s difficult to find a center with the right type of skill-set to pair with Williamson in order to get the most out of the unit on both ends.
The ideal frontcourt partner for Williamson appears to be a center with perimeter shooting capabilities and legitimate rim protection impact— both of which describe what Myles Turner brings to the table.
Beyond just Williamson, the Pelicans need floor spacing from the center spot to pull an additional defender out of the paint for Brandon Ingram and the other lane penetration threats on the team.
