The core is still young, but Scott Perry must decide who stays and who goes. With assets, they can now look toward the future.

By moving Morris, he can at least get a solid player in return and possibly a late first-round pick or a high second depending on the trade partner.

The Knicks can use the core of Randle, RJ Barrett, and Mitchell Robinson and start from there. Now, it’s all bout finding the right pieces to fit. All that can begin with the trade of Marcus Morris.
