The Los Angeles Clippers are 0-2 with James Harden in the lineup, but Paul George isn’t worried.

The Clippers have lost to the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets.

“I’m not worried about this,” George said. “Of course, we wanna win these games. These are games we feel we should win. But it’s early in the season. We got too much star power here, we got too many great players here for it not to work, for us to not figure it out.”

NBA NEWS & RUMORS: Paul George, James Harden, Los Angeles Clippers Updates

The Clippers lost to the Knicks 111-97. Harden had 17 points and six assists while shooting 6-of-9 from the field and 2-of-4 from beyond the arc, but George only scored 10 points while shooting 2-of-11 overall and 1-of-6 from 3.

The Clippers followed the Knicks game by losing to the Nets, 100-93. Harden had 12 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five turnovers while shooting 4-of-9 from the field and 2-of-5 from 3. George, meanwhile, bounced back from his brutal Knicks performance by scoring 24 points on 7-of-20 shooting overall. However, the swingman shot only 2-of-10 from deep.

The Clippers are now 3-4 on the season. They haven’t won on the road yet this season.

LAC is back in action on November 10 against the Dallas Mavericks. It’s an in-season tournament game.

The Clippers will get destroyed on social media if they start 0-3 with Harden, especially since the Philadelphia 76ers have looked good since trading Harden.

Harden becomes an unrestricted free agent next offseason, while George and Kawhi Leonard have player options for next season. The Clippers are under a lot of pressure to win the title this season.
