Portland Trail Blazers Receive: F/C Pascal Siakam 

For a long time, Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby were seen as potential targets the Portland Trail Blazers could trade that third pick for. Perhaps that was never realistic. 

With the Charlotte Hornets selecting Brandon Miller, that was especially true. The opportunity to select Henderson has almost immeasurable trade value.

Portland was smart to simply take him, and sort the rest out later. On the other hand, both Siakam and Anunoby could still be attainable.

Simons has flashed star potential, and he’s the type of floor-spacing, shot-creating guard that Toronto could use. in theory, that is.

In practice, it’s beginning to feel like the Raptors don’t want to blow up their core. If that is the case, the Blazers might have to look elsewhere for Lillard’s new co-star.
