Some Chicago Bulls fans may be apprehensive about including Williams in it. After all, he’s young, and don’t we have the Bulls rebuilding? 

Sure. With that said, they’re landing the third overall pick in the draft here. If Scoot Henderson is on the board, this is a no-brainer. Even if he isn’t, the Bulls should be content to rebuild around one of Brandon Miller or Amen Thompson.

Meanwhile, the Portland Trail Blazers should insist on Williams. After all, they’re widely expected to improve their defense, and without Williams, the Bulls can’t help them do that.

Here, they’re primarily juicing their offense, but the inclusion of the young 3-and-D wing doesn’t hurt. 

If it’s not enough for them to make strides, keep an eye on Portland potentially blowing up their core next summer.
