On the other hand, they’ve gotten this far without Tyler Herro. Some are suggesting that Miami is better off without the young volume scorer. If the front office agrees, they could move him regardless of their season’s outcome.
Why not move him for a player like Zach LaVine? He provides much of what Herro does, only on a higher level.

If the Heat want a veteran volume scorer who’s less prone to inefficiency, LaVine could be their guy.
Meanwhile, the Bulls are getting younger. Obviously, that’s going to be a theme here. Herro may not be an ideal player for a deep playoff run, but he certainly has the potential to become one.
