Will they trade him? It remains to be seen. All we can is that if we were the Grizzlies, we would continue to invest in this young man. Morant is too talented to just give up. 

With that in mind, Memphis could seek a long-term pick-and-roll partner for him. Ayton could be that guy. He’s ruthlessly efficient in those sets and a solid defender at the same time.
