We think so. Paul should be attractive to Boston for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, next season will be the last of his contract. Boston’s books may look ugly this summer, but they’ll be setting themselves up for instant relief.
Meanwhile, the Celtics actually could use a point guard. Paul is one of the greatest of all time. It’s entirely possible that this deal makes the Celtics better next season.
