The Magic secured them in the last draft. They were able to select Paolo Banchero as a result. Given his Rookie of the Year award-winning season, it’s hard to imagine that they regret their choices.
By contrast, the Jazz may regret the season they just had. This team was supposed to be in the running for the top pick.

Instead, they had a middling season which resulted in minimal lottery odds.
