Why The Los Angeles Lakers Do The Deal 

We can’t avoid the reunion angle here. Kuzma would be rejoining the Lakers. Realistically, that’s relevant here. It isn’t simply a feel-good story. 

After all, Kuzma already has chemistry with LeBron James. These two seem to have maintained a relationship, and they played well together. This would be a good addition to the Lakers. 

With that in mind, this isn’t the same Kyle Kuzma that was once a Laker. He’s improved dramatically. By now, Kuzma is among the most well-rounded players in the NBA.

In adding him, the Lakers could become serious title contenders. If nothing else, they won’t miss the playoffs.
