Lillard likely has his own opinions. In fact, he hasn’t been shy about voicing them recently. The Blazers need to improve, and Lillard knows it.
If they can’t do so this summer, Lillard may want to head elsewhere.
At the same time, this team has the assets they need to make a significant splash.
Could they do so by adding Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat?
