All of which begs the question – how do you know when to quit? 

It’s like poker. If you’ve got a straight flush, you go all-in. if you’ve got a 2 and a 7, you fold. What do you do with a pair of 5s? 

In all likelihood, it’s quitting time for Toronto. This team severely underperformed this season – as they did two seasons ago as well. Last year is looking like the exception to what’s become a rule for the Raptors.

Even then, they couldn’t advance past the first round. By contrast, it feels a little early for the Hawks to start rebuilding.

This was the team’s first season with Dejounte Murray. They just hired Quinn Snyder. They should probably give next year another try with some adjustments.
