When we talk about NBA teams, we often talk about team culture. What is team culture?
Well, what is a team? In a broad sense, it’s a color scheme and a logo. A team’s culture is defined by its players, general manager, and coach.
With that in mind, some would ask questions about the Dallas Mavericks’ team culture. This organization has long believed that its culture was strong.
Recently, some critics would beg to differ. None of which is to say it can’t be salvaged.
Assuming the Mavericks can retain Kyrie Irving in free agency this summer, they’d do well to acquire some veterans who will build that culture.
Veterans like Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors, for example.
