Utah Jazz Receive: F/C Marcus Morris Sr., G/F Amir Coffey, 2029 First-Round PIck (Swap – LAC)
Los Angeles Clippers Receive: G Mike Conley
The careers of each of the three point guards we’ve mentioned here make for an interesting comparison.
At one time, Wall was a superstar. Unfortunately, injuries cut his athletic prime short. Without his former burst, he’s regressed into a significantly less impactful player.
By contrast, Mike Conley never had that burst. His career has been significantly steadier. Conley never hit the highs that Wall did, but he’s been significantly more consistent.
Meanwhile, Jackson has had the least heralded career of the three. Still, there was a time when NBA fans thought he could be a star.
