Why The Charlotte Hornets Do The Deal 

The Hornets don’t necessarily need to move Rozier to maximize their lottery odds. They’ve done a perfectly good job of doing so with him on the roster. 

At the same time, Ball is back. In fact, he’s looked every bit the superstar we’ve known him to be for a couple of years. The Hornets could get hot and start winning at any moment.
