This deal would certainly help the Hawks, as OG Anunoby has the potential to be a star. His career trajectory to this point is similar to that of Kawhi Leonard, who has an almost identical build as well.
Anunoby would be another upgrade defensively for Atlanta, which they could certainly use some more of. To get this deal done, they part ways with one of their best trade chips in center Onyeka Okongwu.
To match salary, the duo of Justin Holiday and Maurice Harkless are on the move again. They cannot be traded before August 30th, so this deal would have to wait a few weeks to get completed.
