Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: F Kevin Durant
Brooklyn Nets Receive: C Jarrett Allen, G/F Caris LeVert, F Isaac Okoro, 2025 First-Round Pick, 2027 First-Round Pick, 2028 Pick Swap, 2029 First-Round Pick
The Brooklyn Nets have to continue canvassing the league for a Kevin Durant trade. Keeping him through training camp and into the season likely is a recipe for disaster after all that has been said about team personnel.
Other teams will emerge and the Cleveland Cavaliers should throw their hat into the ring. They are missing that two-way wing to elevate the roster and Durant would certainly fill that void.
This would essentially be giving the Nets a chance to hit the reset button on all of the moves that they made the last few seasons. Jarrett Allen and Caris LeVert were part of the James Harden deal with the Houston Rockets.
They are heading back to Brooklyn along with Isaac Okoro, who has the potential to be a good two-way player. His defense right now is very far ahead of his offense.
