Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards made a major commitment to Bradley Beal this offseason, agreeing to a supermax deal. That is something many expected, but the Wizards gave Beal everything including the kitchen sink as his deal has a 15 percent trade kicker and a full no-trade clause.
For better or worse, Beal and Wizards are now married to each other, and Washington still has work to do when it comes to improving the roster to contend in the improving Eastern Conference. The Pacers could try and take advantage of that.
There are only so many minutes to hand out in an NBA game and with how they are currently constructed, the Washington Wizards need to clear a logjam at the forward positions. This would provide them an opportunity to do so while upgrading the center position.
Indiana could ask for Kyle Kuzma and Rui Hachimura in return for Myles Turner. Kuzma continues to improve every season in the NBA, becoming a stronger defender in addition to his evolving offensive game. He just turned 27 years old, so he is a little outside of the Pacers timeline but certainly young enough to be made part of the rebuild.

Hachimura provides the Pacers with another potential building block. He has shown flashes but sometimes gets lost in the numbers game with so many players needing minutes.
With a clearer path to playing time in Indiana, Hachimura has a better chance of getting his development back on track.

Turner would provide the Washington Wizards with an elite rim protection trio along with Kristaps Porzingis and Daniel Gafford. It will be tough on opponents to score at the rim with those three patrolling the paint.
