Coming into the NBA offseason, one of the most talked about trade candidates was Indiana Pacers center, Myles Turner. He has been on the trade block for what feels like forever, but it looked like he was going to be on the move ahead of the trade deadline.
Indiana was looking for a strong package, seeking two first-round picks or a pick with a young player. Unfortunately, Turner suffered a foot injury that took him off the market and kept him sidelined for the remainder of the season.
The Pacers were expected to potentially shop him again in the offseason as they are rebuilding the roster. While there were some reports that they wanted to see how he looked alongside Tyrese Haliburton, they are open to trading him.
Malcolm Brogdon was already traded to the Boston Celtics and Buddy Hield has heard his name in trade rumors as well. Should the right offer come along, Indiana will certainly pull the trigger, especially if they are getting more assets for the future.
