Patrick Beverley
Best Destinations: LA Clippers, New Orleans Pelicans, Los Angeles Lakers
Don’t expect a vastly different list of best destinations for Beverley than we gave for Conley. There are only so many contenders that need a point guard.
Still, these two impact the game in different ways. Beverley isn’t nearly the playmaker that Conley is, and he’s not quite as consistent a floor-spacer either. On the other hand, his defensive impact is immeasurably larger. He’ll also be a hot commodity this summer. Contenders who need a 3-and-D skillset over secondary playmaking ought to be calling the Jazz about Beverley over Conley.
Malik Beasley
Best Destinations: Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers
In the case of the NBA, the revolution was televised. Specifically, we’re talking about the three-point revolution.
Players like Malik Beasley have enjoyed the spoils. Beasley doesn’t bring a well-rounded skill set to the table. He does, on the other hand, shoot a lot of threes, and hit a lot of threes. Some contender will be in need of his rare blend of volume and efficiency from beyond the arc.

Jordan Clarkson
Best Destinations: New Orleans Pelicans, Milwaukee Bucks, Dallas Mavericks
Some players are just born for the sixth man role. Jordan Clarkson is one of those players.
He’s ball-dominant and can be prone to bouts of inefficiency. At the same time, he’s got a special ability to put the ball in the basket. Ultimately, that’s a skill that always travels far in basketball. Look for Clarkson to be manning a contender’s second unit in the near future.
