Some rumors suggest that Anunoby was displeased with his ball-handling reps in 2021-22. With the emergence of rookie sensation Scottie Barnes, Anunoby may be bumped down a spot on this team’s long-term offensive hierarchy.

At the same time, other rumors refute his discontent. If he’s satisfied in Toronto, we’d expect him to stay there.

The Raptors clearly like Anunoby. He’s one of the best 3-and-D wings in the NBA, and he does provide a semblance of secondary shot-creating as well. He’s also two years younger than Turner.
