Miami Heat Receive: C Myles Turner, G Chris Duarte, No. 6 Overall Pick
Indiana Pacers Receive: G Tyler Herro, F Duncan Robinson, No. 27 Overall Pick, 2027 First-Round Pick
First and foremost, this trade idea was suggested originally by the Twitter account, @EastConfMuse, but was interesting enough to take a closer look at.
Briefly looking at the deal, both sides would be walking out with a ton of value. It’s a trade that could very well take both sides forward a big step in the right direction. On the Miami side of things, the Heat would be getting one of the best rim protectors in the league to play alongside Bam Adebayo.
Duarte is no slouch of a young player and could immediately step into the role that trading Herro would leave. The No. 6 overall pick would be a very valuable asset for Miami to be able to add another young talent to their roster.
Checking on the Pacers’ return, getting a piece like Herro to pair in the back-court with Tyrese Haliburton would be a big win.

Robinson may not be a long-term fit in Indiana, but Rick Carlisle loves shooting and he would be getting a good one with this move. Adding a first-round pick this year and a future first-round pick would give Indiana plenty of assets to work with.
Needless to say, this is a very intriguing deal. Let’s take a closer look at the trade for both the Heat and Pacers.
