Toronto Raptors Receive: C Jarrett Allen, G Collin Sexton
Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: F/C Pascal Siakam
Assuming the Toronto Raptors were open to moving Pascal Siakam, they’ll only be interested in this deal in the event that they’ve decided that, as it turns out, they do need a center after all.
If that’s how they felt, they’d have a hard time doing much better than Jarrett Allen. He’s one of the best traditional big men in the NBA. He’s a highly efficient rim-runner and a top-shelf rim protector. If the Raptors are seeking an interior presence, they could do no better.
Meanwhile, the Raptors add Collin Sexton here as well. He’s not a playmaking wing. Sexton is merely a 23-year-old guard who averaged 24.3 points per game over his last healthy season in 2020-21.
If he can get his body back into form, this could be a steal for the Raptors.

If the Toronto Raptors were coveting first-round selections, a different package may suit them better.
