Washington Wizards Receive: G Kyle Lowry, No. 27 Pick
Miami Heat Receive: G Malcolm Brogdon
Indiana Pacers Receive: F Kyle Kuzma, G Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Any three-team NBA trade scenario requires some compromise and this one would be no exception.
Let’s start with the simple parts. The Miami Heat would be sending Kyle Lowry and the No. 27 overall pick to the Washington Wizards. In exchange, Malcolm Brogdon would be headed to South Beach.
The first-round pick would be attached by the Heat to add value for taking on a declining player’s large contract in addition to help add value for what the Wizards would send the Indiana Pacers .
The Indiana Pacers are in the midst of a rebuild and would need to be incentivized to part with Brogdon. They’d land Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope for their participation and breakup their backcourt overlap in the process as they build around Tyrese Haliburton.

Brogdon has concerns of his own considering he has struggled to stay available over his recent seasons. However, he’s much younger than Lowry and has a better chance of making an impact when needed.
