The Indiana Pacers began their teardown at the NBA trade deadline in February. They accepted the harsh reality of needing to shake up the roster, something that has needed to be done in Indiana for a few years.
Domantas Sabonis and Caris LeVert were traded to the Sacramento Kings and Cleveland Cavalier, respectively, at the deadline. This offseason we could see even more trades involving the Pacers, who have a few more established players that could be on the move.
Malcolm Brogdon and Buddy Hield are drawing some levels of interest. Brogdon was not allowed to be traded at the deadline as he signed an extension before the season.
Hield was acquired, along with a new face of the franchise, point guard Tyrese Haliburton, from the Kings in the Sabonis deal.

Golden State could be in the market for an upgrade in the middle this offseason and Turner would be an excellent fit.
Let’s take a look at two hypothetical trade packages that could get the job done.
