5. Protecting Homecourt

Having a home-court advantage is always what a team is hoping for. The more home games you play the better, and protecting your homecourt is key. In this series, it will be even more important because both teams have excelled on the road.

Golden State has won at least one road game in an NBA record 25 straight series. It would be tough betting against them not continuing that streak. You would think that would set them up for an easy series win, but Dallas is successful on the road themselves.

They have closed out both series victories this year on the road, winning in Salt Lake City over the Jazz and Phoenix over the Suns.

It would not be shocking to see them pull off at least one upset in Golden State, as they picked up a win at Chase Center during the regular season.
