Utah Jazz Receive: G/F Andrew Wiggins, C James Wiseman, 2022 First-Round Pick (GSW), 2025 First-Round Pick (GSW)
Golden State Warriors Receive: G Donovan Mitchell, F Royce O’Neale
There is no star trade for the Golden State Warriors that doesn’t involve Andrew Wiggins. If they’re looking to broker a deal for a big name this summer, that’s a bitter pill they’ll have to swallow.
After all, Wiggins himself is fresh off of a campaign that saw him named an All-Star for the first time in his career. Still, he’s developed into more of a high-end 3-and-D wing than an offensive engine. If the Warriors fall short in this year’s playoffs, adding Mitchell should improve them.
They’re also making up some of Wiggins’ production with Royce O’Neale here. While he doesn’t offer the same secondary shot creation, he’s a nice 3-and-D in his own right.
As for the Utah Jazz, they’re gambling on a recent #1 overall pick here in Wiseman. He hasn’t exactly met the expectations attached to that draft stature over his young career so far.

He’s still got tremendous potential. They could have him learning from Gobert, or move the Stifle Tower in a separate transaction.
They’re also getting two first-round picks. On the other hand, if they want a player who projects as a potential franchise star down the line, the Warriors may be forced to offer a different package.
