Making the Case: Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks moved on from Kristaps Porzingis at the NBA trade deadline and could look to make a significant move in the offseason to build around Luka Doncic.

While Dallas will have a chance to advance this season, it seems like they will need some more help with Doncic to be up there with the likes of the Phoenix Suns. Collins could be that type of player.

Collins is extremely versatile on both ends of the floor. He has improved defensively and as a rebounder. Collins can do anything ranging from catch-and-shoot 3s to catching lobs.

The overall athleticism of Collins allows him to become an immediate threat to a fast-paced offense with Doncic utilizing his playmaking abilities.
