New York Knicks Receive: C Myles Turner, G/F Buddy Hield, IND 2024 1st Round Pick (Top-10 Protected)
Indiana Pacers Receive: F Julius Randle, G Kemba Walker, NYK 2022 2nd Round Pick, DAL 2023 1st Round Pick (Top-10 Protected)

Moving Julius Randle in the offseason is definitely going to be a possibility for the New York Knicks, as will moving former All-Star guard Kemba Walker.

After signing Walker to a two-year deal this past offseason, things have not worked out between the Knicks and Kemba Walker, which has led to both sides agreeing in February to shut the veteran guard down for the remainder of the 2021-22 season.

Being able to trade both Randle and Walker in the same trade could be highly advantageous to the Knicks, especially if they can add new talent at two different spots on the floor to help fill some of the voids on their roster.

The Knicks need to address their frontcourt if they are to get rid of Julius Randle and they could also use some more shooting depth offensively.

Myles Turner is one of the best shot-blocking big men in the league, replacing Mitchell Robinson in the frontcourt, who is set to become a free agent, and Buddy Hield has been one of the best three-point shooters in the league over the last few years.

The Pacers have not come out and said that they want to move either Turner or Hield this upcoming offseason, but should they be able to get their hands on an All-Star talent like Julius Randle to pair with Tyrese Haliburton, they could be willing to part ways with both talents.

Indiana finds themselves in a very intriguing situation because while they have talent on their roster, they are definitely nothing more than a play-in tournament team in the Eastern Conference.

Similar to when they traded Paul George to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Pacers are going to be looking to move any of the players on their roster, minus Haliburton, in the offseason with the intention of adding diverse players who can contribute both now and long-term.

Already being an All-Star and being 27-years-old, Randle could be exactly what the Indiana Pacers could want to add to their roster, especially since they are looking to fill a void left behind by Domantas Sabonis at the power-forward position.
