Utah Jazz
Whether the Utah Jazz can break through and make the Western Conference Finals this season remains a mystery, but they do seem to be stuck as a franchise.
Utah has had some really strong-looking teams over the years, but the Jazz have not advanced past the Western Conference Semifinals since 2007 and they have looked mediocre at times this season.
Donovan Mitchell can only do so much for this team and with them possibly looking to move on from some veterans in the offseason should they fall short of their postseason goals once again, the Jazz could show interest in a young forward like P.J. Washington to complement the play of Rudy Gobert.
Washington has shown flashes of what he can do defensively and with him being a reliable three-point shooting threat at the power forward position, he would fit in with how the Utah Jazz like to play.

Who Utah would give up for Washington is a mystery, but they could be interested in possibly moving Bojan Bogdanovic in the offseason since he will be entering the final year of his contract. By trading Bogdanovic, the Jazz could save some cap space and also get younger with an addition like P.J. Washington.
The situation in Utah is definitely one to monitor heading into the offseason, especially if the Utah Jazz lose in the first round or the Western Conference Semifinals this season.
