Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers (40-25) will take on Jalen Suggs and the Orlando Magic (18-50) in part of the NBA Sunday slate.

The Sixers will be looking to bounce back after the disappointing 129-100 loss against the Brooklyn Nets, they experienced on national television in a game where James Harden, in particular, had a poor performance.

Prior to their underwhelming loss to the Nets, the Sixers had been clicking quite nicely with Harden in the fold and will look to get back on track in this matchup.

There’s a lot to play for from the Sixers’ perspective with them having a legitimate outlook to finish anywhere from the top-seed in the Eastern Conference, all the way down to potentially fifth.

For the Magic, they are focused on the development of their young players like Franz Wagner and Jalen Suggs. The 2022 NBA Draft will be another opportunity to add an intriguing prospect to their core. They trail only the Houston Rockets in odds for the No. 1 overall pick.
