Atlanta Hawks

It is a long-shot to believe that the Hawks have the assets the Pacers would want for Buddy Hield, but Atlanta is currently holding onto their playoff hopes by a thread.

The 26-28 Hawks are currently the 10-seed in the Eastern Conference after reaching the Eastern Conference Finals several months ago and the team is open to trading both Bogdan Bogdanovic and Danilo Gallinari if they can get back immediate, “win-now” value.

John Collins’ situation is also something to keep track of, even though he is no longer expected to be on the move before Thursday’s deadline.

Collins has grown frustrated with the way things have played out in Atlanta this season and should the Pacers be interested in him to replace Sabonis, Buddy Hield could be re-routed to Atlanta.

There are not too many better three-point shooters in the league than Buddy Hield and he could be worth the investment for the Atlanta Hawks.
