Would this trade make sense for the Washington Wizards?

There are a lot of tough questions the Washington Wizards need to answer ahead of the rapidly approaching NBA trade deadline. Atop the list is the future of Bradley Beal.

If the plan is for Beal to be the centerpiece the Wizards plan to build around going forward, Washington needs to start getting aggressive with adding another talent to pair with him. Right now, there isn’t a player on the roster that is emblematic of a co-star.

Taking a chance on a player like Julius Randle would be an intriguing possibility for the Wizards. The team has struggled to land difference-makers in free agency and the trade route is a rather limited one.

If a player like Randle, who last season earned an All-NBA Second-Team nod, were to be not only attainable, but for a reasonable trade package like this, the Wizards should take advantage.
