Golden State Warriors Receive: C Myles Turner
Indiana Pacers Receive: C James Wiseman, G Moses Moody, F Nemanja Bjelica
In the past, the Warriors have been unwilling to talk about trades pertaining to young talents such as James Wiseman and rookie Moses Moody, but now could be the time the Warriors’ front-office changes their minds.
Draymond Green has been dealing with a calf injury, leaving Golden State’s frontcourt weak defensively and with less overall depth.
The center position has always been one that the Warriors have tried to figure out over the years and while Kevon Looney has played well this season, Myles Turner could really open things up even more for this great team.
Being the shot-blocker that he is, the Warriors would have two legit Defensive Player of the Year candidates with him and Green. Already ranking 1st in the league in defensive rating, this move could solidify the Warriors as the best team in the league.

Giving up Wiseman and Moody though is a big ask from the Warriors’ front-office, one that they have been unwilling to bite on to this point in the season.
For the Indiana Pacers, trading Myles Turner definitely makes sense, but they need to be receiving a handful of value to let him go. Both James Wiseman and Moses Moody definitely offer up a lot of potential moving forward for this franchise.
Indiana needs to go through some kind of a rebuild right now and given that they have no young talents, James Wiseman and Moses Moody could really help them create a young, sustainable core.

Wiseman would replace Turner at the center position when he returns from his knee injury and Moody has been tearing it up in the G-League recently, averaging 27.5 points on 47.1% from the floor, 37.2% from three-point range in 8 G-League games with the Santa Cruz Warriors.
There is a lot to like about this trade from the Indiana Pacers perspective, but it is hard to imagine that the Warriors will be willing to agree to these terms.
