Does this trade make sense for the Washington Wizards?

Collin Sexton is out for the season and is set to become a restricted free agent. Ricky Rubio is out for the season and is set to become an unrestricted free agent. Kevin Love has the worst contract in the NBA, getting paid $60.2M through next season, and is 33-years-old.

Where is there value here for the Washington Wizards? 

Sure, a 2022 first-round pick brings some value I guess, but if you think the Wizards are going to trade away Bradley Beal for no player value whatsoever, you are absolutely insane and should probably go get checked out!
