Washington Wizards Receive: C/F Anthony Davis, G Kendrick Nunn
Los Angeles Lakers Receive: G Bradley Beal, C Thomas Bryant, 2025 Second-Round Pick, 2026 Second-Round Pick

While the Washington Wizards would probably want to pair Anthony Davis alongside Bradley Beal in a potential trade, they simply don’t have the assets to get Davis without giving up Beal. This would definitely shake up the way both of these squads look.

Davis has been struggling with both his shot and injuries this season. The one-time champion is averaging 23.3 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 2.9 assists while shooting 52.1 percent from the field and 17.9 percent from three-point land.

Beal has also been having somewhat of a down year in comparison to his previous two seasons.

The former Florida Gator is putting up 24.0 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 6.4 assists while shooting 45.5 percent from the field and 29.8 percent from deep.

Thomas Bryant just returned from an injury but showed some real promise in years past. As for Kendrick Nunn, he has yet to play this season, but like Bryant, played super well in previous seasons. He provided the Miami Heat with a great scoring punch for the past two years.

This trade would give two superstar players a change of scenery, and could (potentially) provide each team with a spark to turn their seasons around. What are the main reasons why each of these teams should consider this trade?
