1. Myles Turner
Of the three players on this list, Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers is the least likely scenario. The only way the Golden State Warriors would consider acquiring Turner is if they decide that they need to move on from James Wiseman.
Wiseman was not ready to produce for a contending team last season. If the same is true this season, the front office could change their stance on not trading Wiseman. If he was made available, Golden State could swing big for an upgrade on the roster.
Wiseman is oozing with potential, that is why he was selected as high as he was. But, he is a raw prospect. He just doesn’t have much experience under his belt after missing virtually all of his collegiate season and a large chunk of his NBA career thus far.
Flipping him in a package for someone such as Myles Turner would help push the Warriors closer to winning another championship. Turner is exactly what Bob Myers and company would be looking for in an upgrade in the middle.

Turner is an excellent 3-point shooter, knocking down 35.3 percent of his attempts in his career. He is in the midst of the best shooting season of his career and has shown an offensive repertoire beyond just spotting up at the 3-point line.
Where he really makes an impact is defensively. He is the best shot-blocker in the NBA, leading the league with 2.8 blocks per game. This is the third time in four seasons that Turner has led the league in swats.

Landing a player of Myles Turner’s caliber would be relatively expensive, but his fit with the organization would be perfect. Golden State’s already good chances of competing for a title would improve with the addition of Turner to the middle of the lineup.
