Cleveland Cavaliers Receive: G/F Terrence Ross
Orlando Magic Receive: F Cedi Osman, CLE 2023 1st Round Pick (Top-8 Protected)

It is no secret around the league that the Orlando Magic are going to be open to trading Terrence Ross all season long, but according to HoopsHype, the Magic are wanting a first-round pick in return for the veteran wing.

While one league executive told HoopsHype that a team could probably get Ross for a couple second-round picks, another stated that Orlando is hopeful they can get one first-round pick for him instead.

Throughout his entire career, Terrence Ross has been the epitome of a consistent player off-the-bench and while he only played in 46 games last year due to injuries, he was one of the best bench players in the entire league.

In fact, he finished the year with the 10th most bench points out of any player in the league last season, and out of all the players inside the Top-10, he finished with the least amount of games played.

LATEST NBA NEWS & RUMORS: NBA Exec Claims Terrence Ross Will Get Traded This Season

Cleveland made it a point of emphasis this offseason to add some experienced players who can help them offensively, which is why they added the likes of Ricky Rubio and Lauri Markkanen. Ross would be another great addition for them, even if it means they would have to sacrifice a young forward like Cedi Osman.

In the last three seasons in Cleveland, Osman has averaged 10.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and has shot 35.3% from three-point range, making him a wing the Orlando Magic could look to utilize in their rebuilding process.

Whether it is in the starting line-up or off-the-bench, Cedi Osman has been able to produce for the Cavs, which is why he can continue doing the same down in Orlando.
