T.J. Warren
One could make a case for T.J. Warren to be one of the Pacers’ “star” players, but he has only been with the team since the start of the 2019-20 season and is really only known for his breakout performances in the NBA Bubble.
Following how he played at the end of the 2019-20 season, there were high expectations placed on Warren to be one of the Pacers’ best dual-threat players, but just four games into last season, he suffered a foot injury that required surgery, promptly ending his season.
T.J. Warren has yet to step back out on the floor due to foot surgery and is not expected to rejoin the Pacers until sometime in 2022. It is possible that teams would want to see how he plays prior to making a trade for him, but the trade deadline is 9 weeks away and there is not much time to get a decent look at Warren on the floor.
Being in the final year of his contract and making $12.6M this season, T.J. Warren could definitely be a key secondary talent that several playoff contending teams could look to add for depth on the wing. He may not be as productive as he was a year-and-a-half ago, but Warren should still be the same defensive player and be a factor to score from the wing as well.

In 332 career games, Warren has averaged 15.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.0 steals and has shot 50.7% from the floor, 35.7% from three-point range. Plenty of teams could use a guy like this either in the starting rotation or on their bench, which is why T.J. Warren is a sneaky trade target for teams across the league.
