A team that kept coming up in rumors in the offseason was the Golden State Warriors. They did not make that big move that we have gotten used to but it does not seem like they needed to. Golden State is one of the best teams in the league early on and this was to be expected.
Klay Thompson has not even made his return yet. The Golden State Warriors are only going to get better once Thompson comes back.
Now, the front office could make that big splash move prior to the trade deadline that could bring them another championship. It has been two years since the Warriors were able to compete in the postseason because of different injuries.
There have been plenty of big names linked to Golden State but Brandon Ingram could be the perfect fit for the Warriors. He can shoot from deep and get deep downhill on drives. Both qualities are featured in the offense for the Warriors.
