San Antonio Spurs Receive: C Myles Turner
Indiana Pacers Receive: F Thaddeus Young, G Lonnie Walker IV, 2023 2nd Round Pick (via IND), 2025 1st Round Pick (via CHI)
The San Antonio Spurs are going to continue to be in trade talks and it might not be for the big names as expected.
Thaddeus Young would have to be sent to Indiana and he is the biggest trade piece as of now. Young was acquired from the Chicago Bulls in a sign-and-trade deal that sent DeMar DeRozan to Chicago.
San Antonio would also part ways with Lonnie Walker IV and draft picks to entice the Indiana Pacers to make a potential deal. All of this would be to acquire Turner.
Turner is a proven big man that can bring a new dynamic to a paper-thin frontcourt. His dynamic rim protection and stretch-five skill-set would be an intriguing building block to have.
