How This Trade Impacts Milwaukee Bucks
The Milwaukee Bucks know that repeating as NBA Champions will not be an easy task. They have an excellent roster, as they proved it during their run in last season’s postseason. But, you can never have too much veteran experience, especially on the wing, and that is exactly what Danny Green would provide.
There aren’t many steadier players than Green in the NBA. He is an excellent 3-and-D wing that would fit perfectly into a lineup surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo.
Green was a lynchpin in the Philadelphia 76ers’ defensive game plan and would be the same in Milwaukee. He can defend both backcourt spots and wing players and is a knockdown 3-point shooter.
For his career, Green has connected on 40.1 percent of his 3-point attempts. Last season with the 76ers he made 2.5 3-pointers per game at a 40.5 percent clip. With the Toronto Raptors during the 2018-19 season, Green made 2.5 3-pointers per game as well on a career-high 45.5 percent.

He brings a ton of experience to the team as well. He has won a ring with the San Antonio Spurs, Raptors and Los Angeles Lakers and is a perfect complementary piece for the Bucks.
Donte DiVincenzo is the last real trade chip the Milwaukee Bucks have, but it would be worthwhile to flip him, Rodney Hood and Jordan Nwora for an established veteran in Danny Green that would upgrade the wing.
Are the Philadelphia 76ers as willing to take part in this deal as the Milwaukee Bucks are? Let’s take a look at it from their perspective.
